Found a simple solution after to much overthinking this, all the way from modifying equipment to building from scratch. I saw this holder, called 2-in-1 Kitchen Mount Stand, and realized it could be used. Attach the bracket (its a 3M sticky pad on the back of the bracket) to the back of the model E monitor arm and put the holder in the bracket...that’s it. The Ipad sits right above the PM.
