pay attention to your finger!

Post by icedevil » January 25th, 2020, 5:41 am

I'm cleaning my dynamic rower and I cut my finger with the aluminum rail of the seat. Pay attention! Is it normal for the safety? I think it is a design mistake...

That sharp edge is a manufacturing effect of the industrial sheet metal cutting machinery. Not a design defect.

Take a small file or sandpaper block and just smooth off the sharp edge.
Mark Underwood. Rower first, cyclist too.

Yes but in my opinion its better to do a curve like the rail in the bottom for the feet

That's a lot to pay. Where are you? Even in Switzerland, where everything is more expensive, it's 1,525 CHF, or about 1,400 Euro.

He did say that his is a Dynamic. Is 1,400 the price of a standard or a dynamic?

Dynamic --- https://shop-ch.concept2.com/gb/indoor- ... rower.html. The standard D is about 1100 CHF.

About all can say relative to this thread is that in my experience all the C2 products I've used personally (Models C, D & E ergs and a Dyno) have been of very high design and build quality.
