What do you mean? That it doesn't connect at all any more or it drops connection during a workout?

There has been a firmware update in the last couple of days. Have you updated your monitor?

Are you running latest Ergdata and latest PM5 firmware.

If you aren't then the time to upgrade is now!

If you are on the latest the send an email to rowing@concept2.com with details of your ergdata version, your PM5 firmware version and whether there's a simple way to recreate the error.

For the rower?

C2's page on firmware versions only lists a new firmware for the BikeErg. The latest rower versions are still 166/29 from March this year.

As a "security feature" once you update to iOS13, Apple makes you aware of how many apps and devices are using the Bluetooth connection on your iPhone (and iPad) by asking your permission for each and every app and device when you open them for the first time. When I first wanted to connect my PM5 to my newly updated iPhone, I believe that after I turned on my PM5 and told it to make a Wireless Connection, thatI had to go into Settings -> Bluetooth and tap on the line for the PM5.

Here are lots more discussions about this:

Thanks for all the good feedback, rowers! I'll see about the PM5 firmware tonight. I didn't realize C2 had updated since March. Great day to all.

Update. Deleted the app. Redownloaded and the connect with bluetooth feature is back! Thanks again for the feedback.
