Hello folks,
I have massive problems with my indoor rower, since I updated my smart phone.
When I try to connect my PM5 with the ErgData app on my android smart phone, it doesn't react anymore. I can connect the PM5 with my phone via bluetooth, but the app doesn't recognize the connection. Even when I start rowing, nothing works.
I have tried everything I know, nothing works.
Any ideas? :/

same issue here, PM5 connected to phone, and does not show up in ERG data,

Well, still no progress. Nothing works, even a new firmware update. This sucks really...

Solution found: you have to turn on your gps and make sure you allow "location services" in your Egdata app settings. It's a Google requirement, which is pretty ironic for INDOOR rowing
