Hello!
We purchased a Concept 2 Model D Rower with a PM5 monitor on 3/1/2018. The rower has been great - we love it!
In the last few weeks I have been having challenges with the PM5 monitor. The rower isn't staying connected to my phone when using ErgData. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+. There were no issues last summer or last fall. In the last few weeks my phone has been dropping off mid row - which is frustrating as I like to use the online log book feature.
Has anyone else run into this recently?

Yes isn't it fun when updates on things cause problems.
I would update the Firmware on the PM5 for starters if you have not already done so. Pretty much all you can do is keep everything updated and cross your fingers it works.

How are the batteries on your PM5? I've had mine drop off line with ErgData when they need changed. Incidentally, I believe C2 recommends changing them every four months.
