Hi,
I have just bought a brand spanking new Concept2 Dynamic Indoor Rower. Well, I say brand spanking new. I always like to upgrade new devices to the latest firmware when I set them up. I went through the process with the new rower, only to discover that my "brand spanking new" rower has a hardware version of 415 and a datecode of 1132015. That means my "brand spanking new" rower is 3 years old! Surely this can't be? I can now only upgrade to the firmware version from 2016, and no further? I think this is the time to exercise that 30 days return policy.
Clinton.

Re: Cant Upgrade To Latest Firmware
I think you need to get a laptop with Concept2 Util 7.08.4 and a USB-A to USB-B printer cable.
