I have a question regarding logging intervals into the logbook manually. I've been training the 500m with 1 minute rest interval on the standard workout list but when I go to log this manually I don't see an option for intervals. It just seems to let me log a straight distance only. I noticed if I connect via bluetooth while I'm training it logs it automatically as an interval. I have bluetooth headphones that I like to use while training and I can't be connected to both the machine and headphones at the same time. Is there anything I'm missing? If not could anyone suggest the best way to log my intervals? I know I had read something about flash drives logging the workouts but I wasn't sure. FYI I have a black model d with the PM5 monitor.
