Give them a bit of time, I'm sure they will get it sorted.

I have the same problem. Can not upload results from Rowpro. ID and password invalid??whaskell wrote:uploading results from RowPro does not seem to work anymore
That's a known bug and something David Hart is working on. You may want to send an email to assist@digitalrowing.com with details of your failure.whaskell wrote:uploading results from RowPro does not seem to work anymore
I did, the way it is now is hopeless for me. Why the textline is removed is beyond me. All relevant data, rate, intervals straight row, ctc, drag, etc etc is hidden. Without that the logbook is more or less useless.Citroen wrote:Send an email. Tell them what feechur you need and why you need it.
The criticisms are by veteran rowers and are IMO justified. I say to Concept2, don't change unless you are going to improve across the board. Right now the changes are lacking. One only hope that they get the message and either finish or revamp their changes.remisture wrote:It's amazing to see all the criticism.
I haven't looked at it since the change, but after reading the many specific complaints, I will hold off for a while until it looks like some of the issues have been resolved. If it looks nicer and has some new useful functions, that's all to the good. But what I am reading here, is that a lot of the previous well-used functions are no longer available and, worse, previous data is missing - that is not tolerable. Surely there could have been some beta testing that would have exposed some of these major flaws before they pulled the rug out from under everyone's feet.remisture wrote:It's amazing to see all the criticism. This is definitely a step in the right direction. Sure, the new site is not identical to the old one, but thats probably good. What was good user experience in 2000, is not in 2015. My guess is that functionality for both searching and sorting, as well as comparing of log data will come soon, and in a better way than in the old version.
Keep up the good work!
