ErgData creates duplicate entries in log after site update
ErgData creates duplicate entries in log after site update
Hello,
Using Ergdata I synced my workout and was surprised to see that all my workouts were re-sent, I now have duplicate entries for all my work out prior to the update.
Is this going to be cleaned up automagically or do I need to go & remove them manually ?
I know updating such a website must not have been an easy task, no blame, just wanted to mention it before it becomes a real mess
Cheers,
T.

Send an email to ranking@concept2.com with details of what you've done, what you've got and your logbook ID.
They'll be able to clean things up and they can also check it's not badly broken.

The elimination of check boxes to the left of previously logged rows no longer works. I placed checks in boxes adjacent rows for 11-19 and pressed upload to logbook button.

thank you Citroen, email sent.
I noticed another (possibly related) issue :
[*]It seems that my "metric" preferences were "lost" in the update. Somehow my weight didn't change but was marked as "lbs" instead of pounds. When I corrected my preferences my weight got concerted from it wrong value in lbs to kgs and I had to put it back.
[*]My profile picture got lost I think (not 100% sure I had one before…).
Cheers,
T.

Being fairly new to the concept2 scene, I only add 60+ workouts to remove, I could not help to clean it up manually...

The concept2 support deleted the duplicate workouts.
I rowed 2 short workouts this morning and synced 2 times. All looks fine
