Erg problem help is appreciated!

Post by JohnW18 » September 24th, 2014, 2:30 am

I have an indoor rower at my home and I haven't really used it since I have problems I find it harder to go faster at home then at my rowing club. I also feel like the fan makes a much louder noise despite the splits not being that low. I have tried oiling it and it doesn't work. Overall it just feels wierd

Check the drag factor on the ergo at your rowing club, set your machine at home to the same drag.
