Monitor pm2

Post by Sportsman » February 28th, 2012, 3:35 pm

Hi
Can anyone help I havent used my concept rower for a month or so and noticed that the batteries had leaked onto the connection points, this looks like it has resulted in the monitor not working.
Any suggestions on repair, or is it a case of buy another monitor and if so does anyone know of any PM2 monitors for sale as I noticed one forum member saying they were very difficult to find
Help :!:

A few posts on here on how to have a go at fixing it, but you need to disassemble it and start by nutralising the battery acid with Vinegar. Beyond that if it still doesn't work you need a few electronics skills to bring it back to life. 90% of them are repairable but it helps to have the experience gained from fixing several.
