Punkin Chunkin, new use for an erg.

Anyone else see Science Channel Punkin Chunkin show and the human powered machine that used an erg? A new use for your erg and a new form of erg competition.

Yeah, I gotta remember the 'pulling the handle with the inside of your elbows' technique for the next time my forearms get tired. :D

Something tells me the drag factor was not constant during the 2 min. he had to row. Pretty cool that they won the division.

They do this just across the bay where I live. Almost went this year.
