help! moving tomorrow having trouble packing up rower

Any tips in terms of getting rower back into box? I took pictures of how the styrofoam was arranged when I took it out but I'm still having trouble.

Was originally going to ship the rower - but now I'm packing it into a Uhaul box that will be moved by u-haul. is it safe to transport not in box (or in box with blankets?) I've taken off the monitor just in case I'm not able to pack it safely.

Any help would be most welcome.
