When I row on slides, I frequently hit the stops on the back of the slides.
This happens more when I'm losing my concentration and/or rhythm, but I really don't know why or how to correct the problem.
What I do know is that it's VERY annoying to hit the stops.
Would anyone have suggestions?
Thanks!

level the slides
Each slide needs to be level.
It doesn't matter as much if they're both the same height or not.
You can check this with a 4' level or just see how close the feet get to each end.
Then raise up the ends where the feet come the closest, so they'll be the same distance to each.
My garage floor has a slope, so I've duct taped 2 strips of 1/4 inch rubber under the feet at one end
of each slide to make sure they are level.
