Glad to hear you resisted that donut! I love donuts myself, but am trying to hold myself off for special treats only! Today was a good day. Did 45 minutes on the rower....very, very slow, I could feel my muscles were tired. Anyway, I did 7273. Have stuck to most of my goals for the day, but I do nee...

So I'm definitely not going to make the 25 days in March, but I'm still holding up better than usual for the rowing. I did a 10k tonight. It was very slow and steady. Made my rear-end hurt, and my hands burn, but I'm surviving. Don't get too many of those in these days so it felt good.......
<...

Cool pics!

I feel like i'm pulling my weight in the challenge so far. Still not sure I'll be able to do the 25 5k's, but so far I've only missed 2 days, which is less than I thought I'd be at right now. Not bad while working two jobs.

Posted a PB today, and I'm feeling good. ...

Ok, a personal best for me...I haven't been the most consistent rower in the past year, but have been working on that in the past 2 months. May have paid off a teeny bit. My new PB for the 5k is 27:13.0...........the old one for this season was 29:38.5, and the best for the 5k that I did last year w...

What a cool idea! I think that would be great to do it together at work! Ok, did a little over 5k today. Tomorrow will probably be a rest day b/c i can't fit it in the schedule. Will try to do weights or something instead!

Count me in! I haven't been on much lately but have trying to stay pretty steady at the rowing. Not sure that with my schedule I can do 25 days of 5k, but i'll do as many as possible.

1. row regularly
2. continue to lift weights
3. crunches
4. stretches
5. cereal for...

Yay! Keep up the good work, and take it slow and easy at first so you don't burn out or injure yourself.

Congratulations! Can't really offer you any advice on rowing and pregnancy....i've never been pregnant. Just wanted to say good luck, and keep us updated on what you experience with it, and what your practititionar advises. Could be an excellent resource for other rowers in the future. Take care!

Thanks for the wishes Buffle. I'm afraid that I have to bail. I made it to 22k plus a little. I also managed to fall off the back of the rower, and land on my sprained knuckle (work related overuse injury). I'm ok, but its been a rough week, and I bailed. Lots going on, rough personally and professi...

Did another 3080 last night. Had intended to do at least a 5k, but the boyfriend and a pizza interrupted me!

Thought I'd check in and see if anyone is doing the challenge. (halloween?) I'm going to try to, although my insane work schedule will probably be the deciding factor. I knocked off 6k+ tonight while watching a movie. Felt pretty good.
