Rowing after Heart Cath
Wondering how long I should wait before I start rowing after I had a heart cath last week? According to release papers I am good to go with everything after 5 days. Has anyone else had same experience?

Re: Introduce yourself
Hi my name is Shurla and I live in the midwest. I am 52 and just received my concept 2 rower jan 4th. I love it and can see a change in my body already. I am doing between 5 -5.5k meters 5 days a week. I have logged over 105k meters since I've got my rower. I'm hoping to lose 10 - 20 lbs , but more ...
