So I separated my shoulder on the 30th of March. I haven't rowed since but wondering how long before I can get back to rowing? the Doctor told me to wear my sling another week and come back to him so he can see what my range of motion is for my shoulder. Rowing after Heart Cath

Wondering how long I should wait before I start rowing after I had a heart cath last week? According to release papers I am good to go with everything after 5 days. Has anyone else had same experience?
TIA,
Shurla

Re: Introduce yourself

Hi my name is Shurla and I live in the midwest. I am 52 and just received my concept 2 rower jan 4th. I love it and can see a change in my body already. I am doing between 5 -5.5k meters 5 days a week. I have logged over 105k meters since I've got my rower. I'm hoping to lose 10 - 20 lbs , but more ...
