Re: Sample Diet Plan?
I am a Paleo person. Only thing I eat thats not so much paleo friendly is lots of sweet potatoes since I row a lot and also crossfit. Id stay away from that food pyramid stuff. Skip the milk and bread too. Gluten is horrible for your body!! Bad bad bad.. Milk is incredibly fattening too.. Check Pale...

Re: Insane meters....
What I don't understand is why Concept 2 cannot at least introduce a new column like they do in the rankings so those that want to enter a verified result can do so for every row I totally agree. sounds like a very sensible idea. I second the motion. Also, I did find myself on both ends of the spec...

Re: Insane meters....
Well all in all I didnt mean to ruffle anyones feathers. Just seems almost unnatural for someone to post 2 million meters for this ERG challenge. Wish I had that kind of time. I work 60 hours a week and only managed to put up 500K meters. Overall, it was fun. Rowing almost everyday. Uploading my met...

Looking for Model D in Ohio
I have two different friends in Northern Ohio that are looking for Model D rowers. Message me if you have something that is reasonably priced and not to far from the Toledo area. Thanks!!

PR signature???
Sorry if this is a repost but I cant seem to find instructions on this anywhere.
I see some people have a banner of PR times and distances in their signature. How can I get this attached to my profile?

Hey.. in light of your incredible intelligence it was merely an observaton, as well as others..... For you to suegges "a single shred of evidence" is needed.. Are you that simple minded to realize these people arent going to openly admit to cheating on here? I just viewed a team where several have 1...

Re: Insane meters....
I agree with the removing manually entered meters. I have had several people at a local gym ask me why not just add a little more to each row. Well, its called honor. I work a more than full time job and even rowing 15K a day is virtually impossible. I rowed my first marathon the other day (dismal r...

Oh and as far as Getting them to chip in, it's more of a surprise gift than favor.
I'm a CrossFitter that's recently dedicated to rowing. I'm trying to get more crossfitters into rowing.

Looking for a used card reader.
