Thanks hjs,
But I thought L1 was only supposed to be 3-5% of volume and L2 8-10% or so. Crikey, I don't think I could do too many L1 sessions per week. I'm doing one L1 and one L2 at the moment. 2 or 3 L3s and about three hours of L4. About 90km per week.

Re: Dragging out the 16-week plan
Thanks hjs, Perhaps you can help with another question: I have always been relatively faster over longer distances than over 2k. My best HM pace is 1:59.7...much faster according to "Paul's Law" than my best 2k pace of 1:49.0 In fact, I find that WP L4 row sequences become challenging for me only if...

Re: Dragging out the 16-week plan
Hi, I too have just started doing Wolverine Plan Level 4 rows. Do I have this wrong? I thought L4...even 4x10' L4 rows...were done using the prescribed sequences. So, one might use e.g. a 176/180/176/180 sequence for the 4 pieces. Then the rating and pace changes would follow from that. But they cer...

Re: New Concept 2 Owner
The best advice I can give you is to get the RowPro software and start rowing online!
There are many days when I would have decided not to row, but having friends to row with over the internet kept me going.
Regards,
Brent

The Road to Boston
The CRASH-B's are 19 or 20 weeks away! A few of us here in Eastern Standard Time are planning to row Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 p.m. following a (flexible) Pete Plan from now until Boston. One speed interval, one endurance interval and one "hard distance" piece per week Filling the othe...

Re: Logging OTW metres
Thanks Greg...for some reason I have thought that the logbook was for erg metres only and that I would taint them with OTW metres! ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
But now I will log everything...it'll get me to 10,000,000 and my sweatshirt that much quicker!

Logging OTW metres
Is it legitimate to include OTW metres in the C2 logbook, or is the logbook only for erging metres?

Foot Stretchers
My footstretcher assembly seems to be higher on the left side than the right. Is this even possible? Or am I suffering from an optical illusion? The left side being higher seems to me to make the distance my left leg travels to horizontal slightly shorter than the right and I feel like I'm pulling s...

Re: Nut comes off, hits idler pulley
The spot weld idea is excellent. I had my model D appart at the weekend and geting the end cap back on was a bit of a fiddle. You have to hold the hook and nut inside the frame with stretched fingers while trying to locate the bolt/screw into the nut from the outside. Dropped the nut several times. ...

Re: Excercises for lower back/hip flexibility
Thanks for the video...looking at it, I think my hands are about the same distance from the chain guard at the catch as the demonstrator's. The thread I was reading suggested that the hands should be up at the chain guard at the catch...during "normal" rowing this, to me, would be a stretch. I can s...

Excercises for lower back/hip flexibility
I have just read on a thread over on the UK Forum that at 6' 2" (188cm) I should be able to touch the chain guard at the catch. This I do not do!! In fact my hands are probably 4 or 5 inches from the guard at the catch. Now, part of the reason for this is no doubt my current girth. But, in anticipat...
