I forgot to mention, before rowing I took a very light breakfast with some orange juice and 3 small slices of white bread with "Messmör" (I don't know the english word, but it's rather sweet and based on natural whey).

This morning I trained within an hour of getting up. I've been feeling great the past week in my training. Perhaps you are holding the handle too tightly. During the recovery, try to play with the fingers like on a piano. You should be completely relaxed in your forearms.

15 + 15 + 16 min , 3 min rest, ave 242w. <br /><br />It felt so good at the end I kept going an extra minute. Training the last weeks has improved fitness alot. i'll see if it will improve past current PB level. I'm very comfortable with my training program right now. <br />
