You can use the rower finder, which shows facilities that have C2 rowers for use. I use this when looking for machines to use when I travel.

I think most of them you can just join without having to ask permission. I have been on two since I've been rowing, and it hasn't been a big deal to join or leave. I know there are a few who are selective, but I think the majority aren't. I know that you can join Iron Oarsman or Row Pain Row Gain fo...

And without all of these features, I would NEVER exercise as much as I do now. Thanks for all of your work!

Also, the logbook bar chart shows nothing and training partners are showing last season's sessions and none from this season.

Otherwise, everything seems to be working fine!

You will be able to put in new sessions after 12pm EST tomorrow (5/2). The ranking season resets on 5/1 every year.

My father lost close to 60 pounds in about 6 or 7 months by rowing twice a day (once in am, once in pm) for an hour each time. He still ate what he wanted to, but tried to shrink the portions. If I remember correctly, his goal was to lose 2 lbs/week and he had it marked off on the calendar. I think ...

Fully extend the legs, then pull with the arms, keeping your forearms parallel to the floor. Then, reverse the process, but more slowly on the return... don't break your knees until your arms are straight again. Nice, continuous motions. Xeno's DVD's have great sections on technique and they are ver...

Re: Come on back everybody

Rod Jr (where are you?) I switched over to the Iron Oarsman team. There are more people ahead of me in the standings for me to try and catch which will help to keep me motivated plus I enjoy watching Xeno's DVD's when I row. It's certainly nothing against you or anyone else, I have been frustrated ...

Well I managed not to gain any weight over my vacation, and actually got myself to row a tiny bit while in Hawaii. Once I get settled at home I'll start rowing again. I'd like to get my average back over 10k/day Bert - hopefully you won't resume your 20k/day workouts... it wasn't fun trying to stay ...

If you're just starting to row, 2150 in 10 minutes isn't bad.

Try setting the machine to 3 and rowing faster. Most people row with it set between 2 and 5.

Good luck!

Maybe you could try trim the file to just under 40kb and try again. The size could be what's triggering the error.

Or he'll just register a new forum account and pretend to be someone else for awhile. It's not like that hasn't happened on the Internet before.

After re-reading my post, it sounded somewhat jerky. Sorry about that, I actually made the same mistake last season, so I know where you were coming from! :)
