Newbie looking to improve Health & Lose Weight!

Hi! I'm very new to rowing and just placed an order for a Concept D - PM3 this week. I am 35 yr old Mom in Austin, TX. I took a class on rowing through my local rowing club. Only then did I remember that rowing had always been something that I was naturally drawn to my whole life (the gym rowing mac...

I'm new to rowing but think our beloved "Keep It Wierd" Austin, Texas is a fantastic city and a great place to row. Rowing 365 Days a Year! Except on *rare* occasions when we're having floods that close down all the local bodies of water like we are now (community outside of Austin received over 19"...

So I wouldn't be completely amiss in buying a Model C in the $500 range with a PM2 monitor (in very lightly used condtion)? Again, it would be utilized by very newbie rowers just getting our feet wet. Will a Model C / PM2 work with programs like RowPro? Thanks so much for the feedback. It is very mu...

Rower Newbie - Looking to Buy - Advice Appreciated!

I'm a rowing newbie - just having finished a rowing class at my local rowing club and looking to purchase a machine for home use when I can't be out on the water. There are a fair number of used machines available in my area and I'm wondering what to look for? (Most seem to be C or D models) What di...
