Do you really have to replace the entire cord if converting the old skierg handles to the new green ones?

I completely agree about the straps. They loosen and slip off, encouraging a strong grip on the handles. Purchase my skierg in Dec 2013 and would have hoped that C2 would have solved this by now. I row in Keen H2 sandals. They have a lot of flex, stretch to fit your foot, don't slip off, and best of all, don't rub. Very stable to walk in, too.
