my coach had that problem, she said it was from over compression when you reach the catch. So reach the wheel with ur back and arms, not by compressing. Your chins should not go over 90 degrees.

I have a model D handle and have had it almost a year now, it is still fine and i never got minor blistors the first day but after that i was fine. I also row on water so i have really caloused hands.

I hae a model D with the pm3 and new handle. I row with a club and they have model c's. I find that the model D handle is a vast improvement mostly because it doesnt get slimy and gross after one sweats alot. The Model C after it gets sweaty i can barely grip it. I prefer the pm 3 over the pm 2, it ...

Im about 183 cm and im actually one of the taller people on the crew. I find that short people have no disadvantage because in order to keep up with the taller guys they have to be technicly stronger. I also find it frustrating to stroke an eight because everyone else has such short strokes compared...

I would say that if you want to do the best that you can in the 2k then you should row 2k as much as possible so that u build up endurance and are able to keep the split low.<br /><br />
