I train at 5:30 AM in a gym across town. I get home on weekdays at around 8 AM, and i have School at 8:50 AM. So i just eat and I'm out the door. I raced this sunday at Ridley... My race was at 1:20 and i got there at 9:30. I was 4 lbs over and i was entering Sr.Men 150lbs.<br /><br />I didnt eat or drink since the night before. that is for the most part a C5 workout with a C4 at the last piece.<br /><br />For C5 im not actually making significant amounts of lactic acid.
