Well 5km done today it was hard towards the end keeping concentrated but i did it. 33:30 slower than my time in June but will persevere

Well this is only my second week so quite pleased how things are progressing.
Decided today to row a little slower but for 40 minutes my longest row to date

I did a 4.76km warm up on bike
