Air Bikes
Can anyone recommend from personal experience an air bike that will stand a decent amount of hammer. Something up to the C2 standard? Believe this is known as 'Commercial Rated' - more importantly not for 'Domestic' use. I have been reading about Schwinn and how the older A3's where built like tanks...

Re: More C2 utility problems
Simple answer, stop using ancient, unsupported, insecure versions of Microsoft's operating system. Huh? Blame the entire OS for a small utility glitch? Besides Windows 7 isn't End of Extended Support until Jan 14, 2020 And 10's many huge upgrades suggest to me it isn't Enterprise ready yet either...

Re: HRM Chest Strap Recommend
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I have a PM3 with the Polar sensor. http://shop-uk.concept2.com/heart-rate-equipment/49-garmin-heart-rate-transmitter-with-strap.html The Garmin only work with PM4/5 As my Sigma watch still gets signal from the chest strap - which has worked fine in the past it lo...

Re: More C2 utility problems
I would but the latest version 'craps out' on W764 for me. Least the previous version works consistently.Citroen wrote:If you're running 7.06.15 then use the "Feedback" link on the home screen for the utility to report your errors.
If you're not using 7.06.15 then the time to upgrade is NOW.

HRM Chest Strap Recommend
Hi All Can anyone recommend a chest strap that will work with the Polar sensor that you can actually change batteries in? I am on my 3rd sensor [C2 have kindly replaced the previous 2] and have two chest traps which have worked on/off in the past [Sigma / BikeMate] As I can't be sure it isn't an iss...

Re: Midshaft Clavicle Fractures
Good tip. Currently its early stages anyway as I think the 'union window' is at around 14-20 days. The next xray should evidence that. Coming back to clavs for a while... One of the probs I have discovered with clav injuries is that there is such a large variance in severity of the injury. And, that...

Midshaft Clavicle Fractures
Hi all, My guess is that there a lot of C2 owners / users who are also keen cyclists. And, that clavicle injuries in cyclists are likely pretty common? However I had reached the grand old age of 52 without breaking a bone in my body. That is, until a week last Friday. I was coming back from a quick m...

Click-Thru Correct Technique Web Page Java
Hi All,
Cant find this at all now but I used to have a link to both on water and on erg web page that showed correct technique in stages with buttons on the bottom of the shots so you could click through each step?
Think it could of been Xeno doing the rowing?
Any clues?
Thanks!

Crackling Knees
Am age 50 and have been mostly a runner on /off since age 18. I have a sit down all day job in IT for 15 years. Gave up road running with the club about 6 years ago in preference for the erg and also because I was starting to get knee pain in my left knee especially when climbing stairs. This was / ...

Re: erging in the loft
I spent about £1K2 'converting' my loft especially for the C2 - insulation / chipboard flooring / plasterboard / velux / loft ladder / carpet - took me about a year to complete http://www.custompc.plus.com/attic/ Its a 1930's semi and isnt actually as big as it looks in the composite photos - was we...
