General

It's a much nicer forum now that I actually use the ignore feature.

I had a decent dialogue on the PATT a few months ago. (The whole process seemed like the mental gymnastics of a hamster on an exercise wheel). But the rock didn't move. The self-approving and validating methods were impos...

Mark,

I must have had it backwards, but I thought it was that way. As you know, I don't have the personal experience to correlate the performance between the workouts and the races. Plus, like you, I'm in (or was) in a significant improvement phase, so every few weeks the potential paces ...

Done. Finally. 200,207 total meters. The last 100k was in the last 4 days.

The reports of 2 million meters in the same time is amazing. Now let's all go spend time with our families.

I learned not to do a 4x1k 8 hours after a 2x40'. Now that really, really sucked.

I don't see it anywhere in RowPro. I'm assuming you want the total time rowed like you get in the online logbook's summary stats, but that's only limited to weekly, monthly, and season totals.

I set mine up awhile ago, but didn't use it. I think it's better than putting the workouts on here, so we can keep the conversations going. Some of the posts I've seen (and maybe even posted) should really be put in the diaries and not in a conversation thread.

So, my diary is up, and I'm...

I had to look forever trough this thread to find the pacing suggestions for the Level 2 Pyramid. I'm glad I did though. It's tougher to negative split this workout than just hit an average. I've been sporadically working out since we had our fourth baby last month, and now I think I'm able to get ba...
