Fat loss?
Hello I just bought a used Model D and am learning how to row. I am going 5 mins at a time just to get use to rowing. My question is what would be the best program to follow for maximal fat loss? HIIT? My goal is to get around 10-14% BF by the end of summer with out losing too much muscle. Thanks
