The rollers on my B are green, and gray on my D. I don't think the color matters if you need new rollers.

Good post Mark!
I agree, if you have nothing good or positive to say please move on.
It's easy to be mean to someone you don't know or will never physically face.
You will never see C2 be nasty on this board, so why do some people feel it's ok to be that way?
To me it doesn't really matter, I did a little over 400k during the HC.
I was looking for a way to keep my kids (12&15) rowing more days (since they haven't rowed one meter since they completed the HC).

I guess I didn't make myself clear? I'm saying extend the HC a week to New Years Eve.
This would help anyone that doesn't row every day or who is away for a week or so.

I only suggested the daily meter limit to keep those rowers who like to finish the HC in the first few days rowing ...

Click on the Users button in the lower left corner of the log.
It shows how many times each rower has rowed.

Is that what you're looking for?

Extend the challenge to when the big Oar drops New Years Eve.
Limit the official meters entered each day to 15k. (but have official/unofficial totals)

The main object of the HC is to keep rowers rowing on a routine.
The extension is to work off some of that holiday cheer and hop...

You can get a bottom of the line Polar HRM for $40-50 at Target, Wal-Mart, Sears.... Works with some of the other equipment at the gym that have HR systems.

[quote=c2jonw,Nov 23 2005, 02:02 PM]
True on the B handle sticker, but I replaced that with the new style a long time ago. This is more of a C2 "CYA" because you know there are people who are always looking for ways to nail a company. At 17 years old, my model B is still in super shape. I've ne...

In the back of my mind I always worried about the chain snapping on my model B (I do take good care of it). I didn't know about the swivel connector until I received my model D. I wouldn't pass my model B on to someone else without replacing the chain with the swivel connector. C2 should of had a sa...
