That seven mark i think was harder than the 650 mark, I feel like its that mental brick wall and you really have to just crush it, I broke it as a sophmore at around 145lbs, and it was after pulling about a 701 the previous time before, not only did i break 7, but i got a 657 which was a big improve...

You won't find any "scholarships" for lightweights in the United States, but you will find schools that will "give you help" if you go to their schools as far as weight works, its 165.0 lb. usually with no average but for juniors it ranges from 155-160 in the fall then in spring everything changes. ...

My biggest complaint isnt with the shoes in our club boats, but the shoes in my single, the screws that hold it to the board keep coming out and I hate rescrewing them back in every week or so it takes like 20 minutes and is just a pain
