For the Fall Challenge, please put me down for 50K. Traveling and extra busy these next few weeks and thank you!

I need to change my goal to 150K, so sorry! I've over done it and will need to limit my time to just 30 minutes per day....according to the doc. Ken C from Maine.

Lisa, I really appreciate all your encouraging words and statistical updates! Very nice job. I'm jumping on board for the Mud Season Madness from March 1 to 31. How does this work with the World Erg Challenge from March 15 to April 15, do daily workouts get counted for both challenges from March 15 ...
