NASM Commercial
Watching ESPN I see a commercial for some personal trainer academy, NASM or something like that. In the background are a few people on Concept2's. Check out the form of these guys!

Rotator Cuff Injury
Is it possible that I injured my rotator cuff from rowing? I feel no pain or discomfort when I row, however, moving my arm above my shoulder in a lateral movement right now is nearly impossible. Other factors/activities I've been doing lately: Push-ups. Carrying a 25 pound toddler around a LOT. This...

Re: Rowing vs. Running
How do rowing and runing compare, in terms of energy and fitness? Last Friday I ran a 5k. First time I've ran that distance in over 12 years. I'm a regular erger, doing over 50k a week. My 5k PB is sub 20 minutes. I wanted to run the 5k with no running prep to see how my body would react and if my ...

What exactly do you ask them for I'm sure if you tell them you have a Mod C and want the silencer kit they'll know what you're talking about. That's about all I asked for. I think the reason you can't order online is they want to warn you it's not a quick and/or easy modification. Anyone who can tu...

MOD C Silencer Kit
Last week I took the plunge and called Concept2 for the Silencer retrofit to my Mod C. Spoke with an very helpful and friendly Mark. Friday afternoon the parts arrived. Took about 90 minutes to install. Would have been shorter but I removed my chain first. In order to loosen both nuts on the axle it...
