Hi, thanks for the answer. Technic wise there’s always room for improvement, especially on snow. And yes I have seen many videos, one of the best teachers I know of is Per-oivind Torvik. @blazs: You could try to shave off 2cm in front and rear on the skin on your skis, it helped me a lot.
Also a binding that you can move easy on the run makes it easier to find the ”sweet spot” and change it when at a steep hill.

I think roller skis are better for training but, when there’s no snow and to cold or ice on the roads it’s very good with SkiErg. Also it’s easier and faster to do a workout, at least for me who lives with a gravel road outside the door. For me both hiit and longer workouts on skierg has made me a b...
