Is there a 'right ' way to breathe whilst rowing. I breathe in on my catch and out on the drive but as the session gets more intense I end up all over the place. Is there some sort of technique I can practice to improve my training. Thanks

Every time I open the concept 2 app " battery optimisation" appears. I've tried everything to stop this popping up but so far no success. It's a very small annoyance but I can't get rid of it. Perhaps it's my phone. Thanks in advance for any advice.
