BikeErg or RowErg alongside 3x week strength training?

I do 3x/wk strength training which is mainly large compound movements (squat, deadlift, etc). I currently have a RowErg, which I use on non-lifting days as conditioning. I notice I'm sometimes a little tired / lazy with form on the RowErg and will feel some low back tiredness (never pain, just some ...
