Replaced Stock Pedals with Hybrid Flat/SPD Cleated Pedals — (Shimano XT Touring PD-T8000 SPD Pedals). This allows me to use cleats or sneakers/trainers (flats). BikeErg noob here. After about a couple of months, I still haven’t developed my rear-end callouses to get used to the BikeErg’s stock saddle. 1.) Added Vinyl Number Stickers — Round, 1/2 inch diameter, White Numbers, Black Background for better Visibility. I also added a tiny strip of glow-in-the-dark tape to the flywheel/damper power indicator lever. Something like this should be standard on all dampers. https://i.postimg.cc/zBhgVPQ7/IM...
