Re: StrengthERG
I've been really interested in one of these. I'm leaning more toward the functional strength perspective (I'm in my 30s). I've heard people chock it up to something only for rehab or geriatrics. I'm curious to see if they are wrong? How are you liking it? Worth the money? Do you feel like it's a fu...

Re: Wondering what owners think now a couple weeks out.
I've had mine a few weeks now and I still like it. I row most days and then use the StrengthErg three days a week. I use the General conditioning plan on the C2 website.
My wife, who was never interested in any form of weight training, uses it three days a week, which is a major plus.

Re: New to Rowerg - easy way to set up workouts?

I use a separate...

Re: StrengthErg Rest Time
So, I’m going to answer my own question. It wasn’t anything I figured out. I spoke to Josh at Concept2, and he did the research and called me back to give me the info. Many thanks to, Josh. The default timer cannot be changed. However, a rest timer can be setup to display. Once the three beginning r...

Re: StrengthErg Rest Time
I'm using the Ergdata app and not a PM5. It's in the app I need to modify the rest time.

StrengthErg Rest Time
I used my StrengthErg today for benchmark testing and I noticed the rest time between reps is 10 seconds. Some of the workouts suggest 1 minute or 90 seconds. Is there a way to change the default rest time between sets from 10 seconds to something else?
