Hello,
Try moving your seat like you do in your video, but try and stop either the back or front roller from moving as you move the seat and then swap whichever roller you have stopped and see/hear which roller is making the noise.
This may help you track down the cause.

Afternoon All,
Typical, no sooner had I posted this question, I rejigged my search parameters and keywords. I have solved it.
Remove the logcard from the PM3 and it syncs ok to my online log.
So there you go.
