I had this same issue with the PM5 on my BikeErg. I contacted Concept2, provided my serial number and they told me I had to buy a new PM5 unit, as the one I have is out of warranty!!!! The issue is following a firmware update that Concept 2 has provided and they want ME to buy a new unit??? This is ...
