Is there a way to transfer the stas, which are stored in the PM5, into ErgData App?

Hi community. Since a week I am proud owner of a brandnew RowERG with PM5. What is the best way and how do I connect the PM5 with my Garmin Venu 2 Plus watch and also connect with my Polar H9 heart rate sensor? I am still struggling with this task.
