Seat pads... what's the best one to add height? This isn't for comfort; it's to improve my catch angle and length.* I see a lot of recos for the Citius Remex but it doesn't seem to increase height. If you plug your phone in, erg data will keep it awake and then in turn it keeps the pm5 awake. My iPhone was plugged into a power source but it wasn't connected by wire to my PM5. I've heard a few issues in this forum about C2's ErgData wiping out a workout like mine did, even when it's plugged in...

it is likely that the best strategy IME is to use a lower spm than you might otherwise for the standard distances, and the df (as opposed to damper position) should be whatever your training took place at. Same. An old rowing coach told me we have enough in our systems to go for 2 hours without replenishing anything. That holds true for me. I do my 90 min sessions and the odd 120 straight through.

Hey all, appreciate the words of support prior to my first 100km attempt today. In short, I inadvertently stopped at 70km when the monitor timed out during a break. I wasn't gutted; see below for my detailed notes. And there was no way I was starting over (haha) or adding another 30km as a 2nd worko...

Yeah, you're overthinking it. It's going to be horrific whatever you do If you've prepared properly, which I never did, you'll be fine, albeit other's interpretations of 'fine' will vary :wink: Setting it at 125. As Dougie says, changing isn't allowed anyway and you are definitely overthinking. You don't now have time to check out what the effect of any changes might be.
