Sometimes I get into the "zone" when rowing or cycling and miss the end of an interval. Would like to have a "beep" sound at the end of Interval and Rest periods to alert me to the transition. Or maybe even a "beep, beep, beep" 3-second countdown. I haven't been able to find that option anywhere, so...

What is the small light on the body of the BikeErg? It's just to the right of the fan housing. I just got a new BikeErg and rode the bike for the first time this morning and it did not light up - not sure if that's expected or not.
