Great to see another veteran coming back! I was a regular back around 2010. Have been off the erg since around 2016. Lifted in 3 Powerlifting meets after I turned 70, but have decided it's finally time to back off on the heavy lifts, so just started back on the erg last week. Should be ready for a T...
