Ran 20 mins warmup HR 2 /1km HR 4 /2 mins recover HR2 / 1 km HR 4 /2 mins recover HR2/ 20 mins HR3 approx 5 mins rest then 5443m row in 30 mins. PM have some calisthenics to do.

I am 170 cms and weigh 85kg. This has been coming down from a peak of 93kg beginning of 2023. I plan to keep dieting down, to 75kg as my target.
