Ran 20 mins warmup HR 2 /1km HR 4 /2 mins recover HR2 / 1 km HR 4 /2 mins recover HR2/ 20 mins HR3 approx 5 mins rest then 5443m row in 30 mins. PM have some calisthenics to do.

I got my weight training programe from here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bssuHZAX5xU&ab_channel=StrengthGene It appeals to me because a lot of it is bodyweight loaded so as I lose weight I should not suffer too much. Probably the squat will go backwards but the main goal is to get to 75K...

I am 170 cms and weigh 85kg. This has been coming down from a peak of 93kg beginning of 2023. I plan to keep dieting down, to 75kg as my target. I want to programme this, for fitness, I do not plan to compete in any event but will eventually test myself. Run bike row. equivalent of an olympic distan...
