Thanks! I also will put in fresh batteries and see if that makes a difference.

I'm trying to use an older Concept 2 with PM3 for the first time. The display comes on as expected and I choose "Just Row". I row and the numbers all just sit there at zero. Do I need to somehow trigger the PM3 to start registering the workout?
