I agree but I prefer rowing. I do ride the assault bike every week for roughly 20-30 miles (I row 30-40 miles a week). My PR on the assault is 20 miles in 46:30 minutes. Yes, you can burn a lot of calories on the assault bike, but I don't believe its sustainable. While my PR is fast, I rarely go the...

walked for 3.8 miles, incline at 10 and speed 3.3 to 3.7.

then 10200 row, with some sprint intervals, time not a factor so finished at 46 mins. df 145
