I agree but I prefer rowing. I do ride the assault bike every week for roughly 20-30 miles (I row 30-40 miles a week). My PR on the assault is 20 miles in 46:30 minutes. walked for 3.8 miles, incline at 10 and speed 3.3 to 3.7.
