Re: Code 24290-301

Just a couple minutes after I posted this I got error code 24290-696 as well. Not sure what's going on!

Code 24290-301

Googling around can't seem to find out what this code means. I've been struggling with bluetooth connections lately with heart rate monitors and my phone, maybe related to that?

Spiking stroke rate even after PM5 replacement

Hey everyone. Very frustrating issue I'm having. During my rows very frequently my stroke rate will suddenly spike to 80+ SPM several times in one session. After much troubleshooting with customer service they sent me a new performance monitor. However, same issue. I'm wondering now if it's somethin...

Road to a million complete!

I just hit my first 1,000,000 meters on the rower since I began on 3/13/23. I started with the beginner petes plan, and never expected to finish it. Much to my surprise I not only finished it (3 weeks ago) but completed some nice milestones along the way. When I was halfway through the BPP I rowed a...

Re: Pondering the Beginner Pete Plan

Started 3/13/23 and just finished this morning! Did the additional workouts so all 120 all done. Words can't express how good I feel, and how happy I am to get this plan done. A life changer in such a short amount of time. And an absolute brilliant plan in terms of gradual increase to constantly ch...

Phone is on the phone holder, it can't really be any closer than it is. Everything is updated to the latest version.

PM5 and Ergdata losing connection

I have been doing petes plan for several weeks and for the first 16 weeks or so I had no issues. PM5 and Ergdata would work flawlessly and I wouldn't have any issues. Now for the last few weeks 2-3 times a week mid row my Ergdata app will lose its connection, and reconnect. The PM5 continues to disp...

Re: Pondering the Beginner Pete Plan

Hi, I hope this is the right thread to post in. I'm on week 9 of the BPP. For the past few weeks I've been trying to improve my efficiency, as I feel I'm hitting a pace that I don't know I can do much better at quite yet. For some examples, yesterday I rowed my 9k, I averaged 22SPM at a 2:14 pace. ...

New habits / progress

About February 15th I decided to stop snoozing and sleeping in, and started using a new alarm that's worked well for me to force me up and out of bed at 5am. It's worked wonders since, and I've stuck to this habit. Then on February 20th I stopped drinking alcohol. I was feeling like I was drinking t...

Re: Patience or challenge

Well I was feeling cocky yesterday after getting through a 7k pretty easy, but today did 4 intervals of 800 at 2:02 and it put me back in line.

Appreciate the responses everyone!
