You have to update the registration for every lightweight female.

I thought any rower wishing to change from F HWT to F LWT could do so themselves via the "Add or Update a Person" page. Or does the admin have to take over the entries manually?

The rules for LWT are men at 75kg and women at 61.5kg. That's not going to change either.

I know the rules, hence my suggestion for improvement.

The software that runs http://c2ctc.com is functionally stabilised. It's not going to change.

Fortunately, no software changes would be necessary. Only some rowers could update their category from F HWT to F LWT.
