You could connect to the pm5 monitor using ergdata and then use the display on your phone, in addition to the monitor.

This! My rower also faces the window and often it’s hard to see the monitor screen. But the screen on my phone is nice and bright.

Pulled the batteries from the PM5, put them back in. Everything works as it should now.

ErgData stopped during mid workout. PM5 kept recording, but nothing got uploaded to logbook.

PM5 says app is connected. ErgData on my phone keeps saying to connect to PM5.
