You need a 9/16" wrench, or two. On the machine end of the monitor arm, you need two. On the monitor end of the arm the head of the bolt is held in the arm, you need the 9/16" wrench on the other side.
Worked perfectly, thank you! Just needed a bit of tightening.

Tighten Model D PM5 arm?

Hi all, I have a 15” screen mounted on the tablet holder that came with my RowErg (purchased 2022). The monitor arm is leaning forward and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to tighten it. I have tried holding one end of the bolt holding it in place with a pair of pliers and tightening the o...

So if you're anything like me (non-medical advice incoming), then it should pass, just keep gently ramping things up in terms of volu...

Difference between lower back soreness and potential injury?

Hi all, I’m new to erging. I’ve been using my Model D for about 3 weeks, rowing 25 minutes every day. I try to row at a steady heart rate focusing on technique so I am certainly not focused on explosive power. I submitted a form video to an online coach who said my general technique and sequencing w...

ErgData syncing incorrect data?

Hi all - I completed a workout today started using ErgData. It was a 3000m row and the PM5 monitor (and ErgData app) correctly showed the "distance" data as I was doing my workout. Once I finished and clicked "Save and Disconnect from PM5" in the ErgData app, the distance on the logbook is incorrect...
